It is a good plan for those who do not have families to
purchase food for as well. If you are single you
can easily make the investment in the food and you are
all set for the week. But if you must buy
additional food on top of the Jenny Craig food then you
will run into a problem with your food

loss of one to two pounds a week and a counselor will sit
down and discuss your progress every week. This is a good

Program will get the weight off, but at a very high
cost. If you

regardless of the cost, then this might be for

will still need to learn good nutrition for your
